Inserting a survey into a website is quite easy.
In Microsoft Forms (Office 365) create your new Form. See the three dots for more questioning options. You can ask questions about reader satisfaction by using the Star rating or Net Promoter Score questions.
Once you have designed your Form, you can embed it into the webpage. Go to SETTINGS to make sure you are collecting the correct information. Go to SHARE and select your audience. Then choose the embed tool to get the code to copy. Return to your Weebly student site to embed the code.
